ULTRAMIX AD2 – (Milk): 100% vegetarian ultra-stable premix with food grade antioxidants for milk fortification (FSSAI standards). Does not impart any disagreeable taste or odor.
Composition
Each 1 Litre contains:
| Vitamin A (Palmitate) | 15.40 MIU (15400 IU/ml) |
| Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol) | 11 MIU (11000 IU/ml) |
Recommendation
For fortification of milk:
Mixing 1 Litre of Ultramix AD2 (Milk) in 20,000 Litres of milk provides:
Vitamin A – 770 IU in each Litre of fortified milk
Vitamin D2 – 550 IU in each Litre of fortified milk

Flushed with and sealed under Nitrogen

Usage
Homogenizer is not required as the vitamin A is present in milk dispersible form in Ultramix AD2 (Milk)
