Returns and Refund Policy

Definitions
- Customer (“Customer, “customer”, “You”, “you”, “your”).
- Intercorp Biotech Limited including its affiliates/subsidiaries and website www.intercorp.in (“Intercorp”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Intercorp.in”).
- Intercorp operates the www.intercorp.in, https://intercorp.in/ website (the “Service”, “Intercorp Services”).
Cancellation Policy
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
The time window for cancellation is 7 days and the order cannot be cancelled once this specified time has passed.
In case of any cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Intercorp reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Intercorp also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
We reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Use, or logistical constraints. In all instances of cancellation (by us), you will not be charged for the cancelled order. Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded for any cancellations.
Our return, cancellation, and refund policies may be subject to additional reasonable terms and conditions. These will be communicated to you periodically by publishing on Intercorp website.
Returns Policy
Returns is a scheme provided under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered to you.
No Questions Asked
7 days Refund or replacement. This policy enables easy product return requests for customers through the Intercorp, subject to product validations at the time of pick-up and fraud prevention mechanisms.
It is clarified that a customer may only be able to seek a one-time replacement under this Policy, subject to the other terms provided herein.
Exceptions to this policy: Following claims will be covered under the policy provided here and through corresponding validation processes
a. product undelivered
b. product/accessories missing
c. wrong product/accessories delivered
Overview
Our returns and refunds policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food etc. cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, besides certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank / credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@intercorp.in.
Items on Sale
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@intercorp.in and send your item to: Enterprise, D-128-129, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase01, New Delhi, Delhi NCT, 110020, India.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Enterprise, D-128-129, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi, Delhi NCT, 110020, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Disputes
That in case of any dispute arising out of use of Intercorp, Intercorp.in, Intercorp products, services, Intercorp Service including but not limited to www.intercorp.in, shopping cart or any other affiliates the same shall be settled through arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator. Chairman of Company shall nominate the Sole Arbitrator. The Sole Arbitrator shall act as per the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 as amended. The decision of the Sole Arbitrator shall be binding upon the parties. The language of arbitration proceedings will be in English. The venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India only. Each party shall equally share the cost of the Sole Arbitrator and arbitration proceedings unless awarded otherwise.
Jurisdiction
The use of Intercorp products, services, Intercorp.in, Intercorp Service including but not limited to www.intercorp.in, shopping cart or any other affiliates is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi only. Further, all transactions between the parties mentioned herein shall be deemed to have been made exclusively in Delhi only and only the Laws of India will exclusively apply.
